近日来，常觉得公司已不复从前，
同事们已没像以前那样充满活力,
老板们也越来越喜欢发脾气 、越来越吝啬，
Project 也都是让人觉得乱乱来，
公司里的一切一切都像似一团糟 。。。
哦 ~~~ 哦 ~~~~~
从前的公司，古早的同事，
大家都像是一家人，
工作没有压力，消遣玩得尽兴，
虽然大年初一， 新年流流接到老板的警告信，
大伙儿依然嘻嘻哈哈， 继续喝茶去。。。
哦 ~~~ 哦 ~~~~~
后来公司上市了， 挂牌了，
老板说， 是时候了，
大家都争先恐后， 掏出腰包收购公司的股票，
第一波超过一百巴仙的盈利， 成为一时佳话，
金鳞岂是池中物,一遇风云变化龙 。。。
哦 ~~~ 哦 ~~~~~
老板再追加， 大家一起冲，
第二波超过一百巴仙的亏损，成为警惕后人的惨剧，
成也股市， 败也股市，
贪字贫字只是一线差 。。。
哦 ~~~ 哦 ~~~~~
凶兆已现，大势已去 ？
老板开始发脾气, 六亲不认开始骂,
加薪升职统统延迟到年尾，
请假、病假、紧急假，都得向陛下禀告，
同事们也开始无心工作，
九点钟了， 都还是小猫三两只，
就连地上都铺满了纸皮，
难道公司就不能负担得起踏脚布 ？
哦 ~~~ 哦 ~~~~~

hmm... from my experience, a few companies i worked before is mostly having the bosses relationship problem , politics problem & management problem. Somehow many company can't pass thru the above problem. It normally either get worse or will be stuck there depends on how the workers response. Somehow, i think working life is unpredictable & full of colours. It depends on how a person view it. For me, sometimes i feel 'sien' with all this "problems" that happening in the companies. I'm wandering whether there is a comp out there that at least have a happy working environtment? 'cos if there is none then what for stay in a comp like this. Better find a comp with high salary since working life is no more happy........ wat do u think?

dear boo, i don't think it's so serious yet ler..i feel thankful working in this company. Perhaps, the problem we having here is only a small portion of what other companies are having. At least, despite all these problems, we stil have a bunch of wonderful colleagues, arent we? =)
得而且过，它不是最好的，也不是最坏的。只不过是那晚有感而发，把心中的感受写了出来。我看着它长大茁壮，并不想看到它没落。
所以才尽我所能，推行新科技, 来减少工作负担，加强生产力，但或许我的步伐太快了一点，造成大家的困扰。只能在此向大家道歉，只是公司已不能再这样拖下去，原有的科技早已过时，如在不做点什么，真的是很难在竞争下去。
真的很钦佩您的这份热诚。非常期待您为公司带来的改革，也将全力支持。加油阿boo,我相信您的能力！~ :)
